1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between creator-ai (the "Service", "we") and the user ("User", "you") when using the platform for generating images and videos using artificial intelligence.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

creator-ai provides access to various AI models for:

• generating images from text descriptions (Text-to-Image);
• transforming images (Image-to-Image);
• generating videos from text and images;
• upscaling image resolution (Upscale);
• editing images (Inpainting) and other tools.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• be responsible for all actions performed from your account;
• promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Usage rules

When using the Service, you agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, you must not:

• create content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or international regulations;
• generate content depicting real people without their consent, especially in sensitive or compromising scenarios;
• create materials that incite hatred, violence or discrimination;
• use the Service for fraud, deception or spam distribution;
• attempt to bypass technical limitations or security systems of the Service;
• resell or share access to your account with third parties.

5. Payments and refunds

The Service operates on a prepaid model: you top up your balance, which is charged for each generation.

• Prices are listed on the “Pricing” page .
• Funds are charged only for successful generations.
• In case of a technical error on our side, funds are refunded automatically.
• A refund of unused funds is possible within 14 days from the top-up date, provided there is no violation of the Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The generated content belongs to you, provided that you comply with these Terms. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes as long as it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

We reserve the right to use anonymized generation data for analytics and to improve the Service quality.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service;
• full compliance of the results with your expectations;
• the absence of errors in AI models or third‑party integrations.

The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the last 12 months of use.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or via the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you agree to the new Terms.
