How does payment work?
You top up your balance for any amount. Funds are charged only for successful generations. Unused funds stay on your balance indefinitely.
What are credits and how are they charged?
Credits are the unit of account for generations. The cost of one generation depends on the model (image or video) and is shown before you run it. Charges apply only after the task completes successfully.
Are there free generations?
Yes. When you first sign in via social networks we add a one-time bonus to your account. After that, generation is paid with credits; buy packs on the pricing page.
What if a generation fails?
If the generation failed due to an error on our side, the funds are automatically returned to your balance. No action needed.
Do you refund money in case of failures or disputes?
Yes. If there was a technical failure on our side, funds for the failed generation are returned to your balance automatically. If you have a dispute or believe a charge was wrong, contact support: we will review the case and, when confirmed, return funds to your balance or process a refund to your payment method in line with our service terms.
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir). Payment is processed through a secure payment provider.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. You only pay when you top up your balance. There is no automatic subscription renewal or card charge without your action.
Do unused credits expire?
