Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, by using the resource https://creator-ai.ru (hereinafter, the Platform), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming legal capacity, gives consent to personal data processing (hereinafter, the Consent) to the personal data operator, self-employed Anton Aleksandrovich Lukinov (TIN 615148170623, postal address: не указан) (hereinafter, the Operator), for processing personal data in accordance with the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. This Consent is given for processing personal data both with and without automation tools. The act of granting Consent is the individual's activation of the consent checkbox during registration or other actions on the Platform.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: "Registration and provision of access to the AI platform, rendering services on the Platform, technical support and communication with the user, as well as analysis and improvement of AI service quality (subject to anonymization of data)".

4. During processing, the following actions may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (provision, access).

5. Personal data is processed until the processing purpose is achieved or until the Operator receives withdrawal of the Consent, and also up to 30 days after receiving such withdrawal.

6. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement to the Operator's email address support@creator-ai.ru. The statement must specify to which data subject (one or several) it relates.

7. In case of withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.

8. This Consent is valid until termination of personal data processing specified in clauses 5 and 6 of this Consent.

By providing this Consent, the individual confirms understanding of the consequences of withdrawing this Consent, including inability to register, access AI services, keep interaction history, and receive technical support on the Platform.
